Starting on Jan 1, 2021, entities within the European Economic Area are required to use an additional layer of security known as 3-D Secure (3DS) when performing credit card transactions.
Payment Experience with 3DS
3DS requires the purchaser to enter a password that is only known by the credit card issuer and holder. A pop-up window will appear requiring the cardholder to enter their password. This secure window verifies the identification of the cardholder and does not store information on Archilogic's servers.
This new process requires additional setup between the credit card issuer and holder. In some cases, you may be redirected to a portal to complete these necessary steps before completing your payment with Archilogic.

If you're a customer within the European Economic Area and are using our Starter Subscription you may encounter difficulties when trying to order an Archilogic model conversion.
